Mugulabs operates Dashboard X, an accounting and financial management platform for small and medium-sized businesses (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
By using Dashboard X, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Account information. When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password (or, if you sign up with Google, the name, email address, and profile picture Google shares with us — we never see or store your Google password).
Workspace and team information. Dashboard X organizes data into workspaces representing your business. We collect the workspace name and the email addresses and roles of team members you invite.
Financial data you provide. Dashboard X is built around data you enter yourself — manually or by importing a CSV file. This includes transactions, accounts, budget items, categories, and investment records, along with associated details like amounts, dates, merchants, and payment methods. We do not connect to your bank accounts or pull transactions automatically; everything in your account is data you've chosen to enter.
Preferences. We store your language preference and similar in-app settings. Your dark/light mode choice is stored locally in your browser, not on our servers.
Technical information. Like most web services, our infrastructure providers automatically log standard technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps) for security and reliability purposes. We do not use this data for advertising or tracking.

Your data is stored in a managed Postgres database hosted through Supabase, in the EU (Frankfurt) region. Access to your workspace's data is restricted using database-level row-level security policies, meaning only members of your workspace can read or write your workspace's data — no other Dashboard X customer can see it, and we don't manually access it except as needed to provide support or maintain the Service.
Passwords are never stored in plain text — authentication is handled by Supabase Auth using industry-standard hashing. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest.
No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We rely on a small number of third-party providers to operate Dashboard X:
These providers process data on our behalf and are contractually and technically restricted from using it for their own purposes. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics trackers in Dashboard X.
Dashboard X uses strictly necessary cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember interface preferences like your theme choice. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or financial information. We only share information with the third-party providers listed above (to operate the Service), or when required to comply with a legal obligation, protect our rights, or prevent fraud or abuse.
If you invite team members to your workspace, they will be able to see the financial data within that workspace, consistent with the access you've granted them. You're responsible for managing who has access to your workspace via Settings.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you'd like your account and associated data deleted, contact us at support@mugu-labs.com and we'll process your request within a reasonable timeframe. Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.
Depending on where you're located, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact support@mugu-labs.com.
Dashboard X is intended for business use and is not directed at, or intended for use by, children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you through the Service or by other means before the change takes effect.
